Exterior cleaning in Lisburn

We are already in Lisburn most days

Because the van is based here, Lisburn work is the easiest for us to fit in. If a gutter starts overflowing or a driveway needs doing before visitors arrive, we can usually get to you sooner than we could anywhere else we cover. It also means our regular window rounds in Lisburn stay reliable, because we're not squeezing you in around a long drive.

What Lisburn houses usually need

A lot of the housing here went up between the 1960s and the 1990s, which means white PVC soffits, fascias and guttering that quietly go green on the north-facing side. That is the single most common job we get called out for in Lisburn, and it is also the one that makes the biggest visual difference for the money. The newer developments around the edge of the city tend to have block-paved driveways instead, which wash up beautifully but need the joints re-sanded afterwards so the blocks stay locked together.

Three-storey and awkward access

Some of the newer Lisburn estates have three-storey townhouses, and older properties often have conservatories or extensions that put the gutters out of easy reach. Our water-fed poles reach those windows from the ground, and the gutter vacuum reaches about 40 feet, so we very rarely need to put a ladder against your house at all.
