Exterior cleaning in Moira

Block paving is the big one here

The newer housing around Moira is full of block-paved driveways, and they're the most satisfying thing we clean. Years of green comes off, and the blocks get their original colour back. The part people forget is the sand. Washing a block driveway pulls the kiln sand out of the joints, and if it is not put back the blocks work loose and weeds get straight back in. We re-sand as part of the job, not as an extra.

Rural properties fill their gutters faster

Once you are out of the village and into the country roads, properties tend to sit closer to mature trees and hedging, and the gutters fill up much faster than a town house would. If you are surrounded by trees, once a year is realistic rather than optional. We clear gutters from the ground and can reach about 40 feet, so outbuildings and garages get done at the same time.

Long frontages and plenty of glass

A lot of the newer builds around Moira have big windows, sunrooms and glazed extensions. Pure water suits them because there is nothing to wipe and no streaks down the frames afterwards. It dries clear on its own, right across a large pane.
