Established estates, mature trees

Streets around the Comber Road, East Link and the older Dundonald estates have trees that have had decades to grow. That is good for the look of the place and hard on the guttering every autumn. Blocked downpipes and overflow stains on the brickwork are the usual call-out here, and we clear them with a camera vacuum from the ground.

Mid-century semis and tired PVC

A lot of the houses here are semis built in the middle of the last century, with plastic soffits and fascias fitted later. They go grey-green under the eaves long before people notice from the pavement. Washing them back to white with the gutters is usually the biggest visual upgrade for the money.
